Alicia Robinson

Alicia Robinson is a leadership advisor, coach, and talent strategist with more than twenty years of experience helping organizations and leaders thrive. She has served in senior roles and as a trusted consultant to public charter schools, national nonprofits, foundations, and education-focused organizations. Her work centers on strengthening the people systems, leadership practices, and organizational cultures that enable mission-driven teams to perform at their best.

Throughout her career, Alicia has guided executives and HR leaders through organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, while coaching individuals navigating leadership growth and career transitions. She leads programs that develop and connect education and social sector leaders, and manages coaching and professional learning initiatives that help teams work more effectively together.

As the founder of a consulting practice and a senior partner with a national leadership organization, Alicia combines hands-on operational experience with strategic perspective. Her approach integrates thoughtful planning, candid partnership, and a belief in the power of reflection and learning to drive lasting impact.

Alicia earned both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from American University in Washington, D.C. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys visiting her niece and nephews and exploring the city with her dog.
